Contractor Specials and Bulk Blade Deals

Contractors who cut every day do not buy blades one at a time. This is where we put volume pricing on the consumables that move fastest — bulk packs, buy-two-get-one deals and clearance on proven blades. Same tooling as the main ranges, priced for crews going through blades by the box rather than by the blade.

Buying Blades in Volume

Diamond blades are a consumable, and consumables are cheapest bought ahead of need. Buying a five-pack of the blade your crew already runs removes the mid-job scramble, locks in a lower unit cost, and means a worn blade gets swapped the moment it stops cutting cleanly rather than being nursed along. That last point matters more than the discount: a blade run past its useful life cuts slowly, loads the saw, puts heat into the machine and burns operator hours. Running on tired blades to defer a purchase almost always costs more than the blades would have.

What Turns Up Here

Stock rotates. Typically you will find multi-packs of the highest-volume concrete and asphalt blades in the common 12″ and 14″ sizes, buy-two-get-one offers on single-material blades, and occasional clearance where a specification has been superseded. Everything here is current production tooling — this is not a bin of seconds, damaged stock or discontinued oddments. If a deal is on a blade you already run, it is the same blade at a better price.

Storing Blades Bought Ahead

Diamond blades do not deteriorate on a shelf, which is what makes buying ahead sensible. Keep them dry to protect the steel core from surface rust, and store them flat or hung on a peg rather than leaning against a wall under their own weight, which can distort a large-diameter core over time. A warped core will pull a cut off line no matter how good the segments are. Keep the original sleeves on where you can, since they stop segments knocking against each other in transit and make the specification easy to read at a glance on site.

Standing Orders for Regular Crews

If your consumption is predictable, a standing order is usually better value again. We can hold an agreed specification and quantity and ship on a schedule, which smooths cash flow and guarantees the blade your operators are used to. This works particularly well for municipal and heavy-civil crews running the same cut, in the same material, week after week.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much do I save buying blades in bulk?

It varies by product, and the per-blade price is shown on each listing. The larger saving is usually operational — crews with spare blades on the truck replace worn ones promptly instead of forcing a tired blade through the cut.

Are bulk-pack blades the same as the individual ones?

Yes. Identical current-production tooling with the same bond, segments and specification. The only difference is the quantity and the unit price.

How long do diamond blades keep in storage?

Indefinitely if kept dry and flat. Diamond blades do not degrade on the shelf, so buying ahead carries no penalty beyond the cash tied up. Store them flat or hung, never leaning under their own weight, which can distort a large core.

Can I mix sizes in a bulk order?

Bulk packs are single specification, but we will put together a mixed order across sizes and materials at volume pricing. Tell us the quantities and we will price it.

Do you offer standing orders or scheduled delivery?

Yes, for crews with predictable consumption. We hold your agreed specification and ship to a schedule so operators always have the blade they are used to, which removes both the reordering admin and the risk of a substitute turning up mid-job.

Is clearance stock discontinued or damaged?

Neither. Clearance here is current production tooling where a specification has been superseded or stock was over-ordered. Second-quality and damaged blades are never sold, at any price.

Can I return unused blades from a bulk pack?

Unused blades in original condition can be returned under our standard terms. Because diamond blades do not deteriorate in storage, most crews simply hold the surplus for the next job rather than sending it back.
